Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Employee Benefits, you will serve as the main point of contact for employees needing assistance with their benefits programs, providing excellent service and accurate benefits administration. You will respond to employee inquiries regarding health insurance, retirement plans, and additional benefit offerings. You'll process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and efficiently, assist employees during open enrollment periods and qualifying life events and maintain accurate employee benefits records and documentation. Other duties will include coordinating with insurance carriers and benefits vendors to resolve issues, generating and distributing benefits-related communications and reports, ensuring compliance with benefits policies and procedures, handling confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and supporting benefits-related administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
