Role Overview:
- You will join the EMEA Engineering team as a Lead Software Engineer, working remotely from France.
- You will own complex technical problems end to end and raise the engineering bar.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new full-stack features in collaboration with Product and design.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, backlog grooming, and code reviews.
- Use AI tools to accelerate feature delivery and automate repetitive tasks.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior or lead-level ownership.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Ruby, Node.js), a modern frontend framework (React), and SQL.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment and leveraging AI tools for productivity.
