Typically, you will provide immediate support to requests arriving via written channels such as chat, email, web widget, or phone calls. These requests may include general questions about Atrato, how to create a request, cancellations, among others. You will also provide immediate support to requests generated by the internal team in the company's communication channels, and demonstrate excellent effective communication and empathy skills.
