POC Leadership & Execution:
- Serve as the day-to-day and executive program lead for the CMS proof of concept
- Define the POC roadmap in collaboration with CMS stakeholders
- Ensure the engagement demonstrates measurable, repeatable value at every phase.
RFP Response & Pursuit Strategy:
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Executive Leadership to contribute to and shape the HealthEdge RFP response
- Bring credibility to the proposal through demonstrated delivery methodology and staffing model design.
- Function as a key subject matter expert during presentations and clarification rounds.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build trusted relationships with CMS program officers, contracting officers, and technical leads.
- Navigate the complexity of a federal health agency environment with professionalism and regulatory awareness.
- Represent HealthEdge with the executive presence and credibility needed to influence vendor selection.
