Responsibilities:

  • Own and administer key People Technology modules, such as Workday and Lattice, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
  • Enhance system functionality and user experience by collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable configurations and reporting.
  • Develop analytics tools and maintain data governance to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HRIS/People Systems experience with hands-on configuration and administration responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of Workday system administration expertise in HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Absence modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting, analytics, and managing cross-system data flows with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Arrangement:

  • This role is fully remote and global, with a request to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
