Sr. Manager, Field Events & Marketing

What You Will Do:

• Build and own our field marketing strategy, defining event formats, target segments, and success metrics.
• Design the outreach strategy and event experience that gets new prospects to actually show up.
• Apply account-based marketing principles to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts.

What You Will Bring:

• 12+ years of experience in marketing and events, with 5+ years in sales-driven field events.
• Proven track record of building a field marketing program from the ground up, ideally at Salesforce.
• Strong fluency in account-based marketing (ABM) and experience managing significant program budgets.
