Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver reliable day‑to‑day Workday support by owning Tier 2/3 issues, BAU activities, backlog reduction, and enhancements end‑to‑end.
  • Build trust through consistency by acting as a stable, long‑term extension of the client’s HR, Finance, or IT stakeholders.
  • Grow capability while keeping the work engaging by building deep Workday expertise across HCM and related modules and applying new releases.

Duties & Tasks:

  • Deliver day‑to‑day Workday support for assigned clients, primarily in staff augmentation roles, with occasional ad‑hoc support or project involvement where agreed.
  • Own Tier 2/3 functional issues and enhancements end‑to‑end, from problem definition through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilisation.
  • Work directly with client HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss options, agree on pragmatic designs, and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions in Workday.
