What this role will do:
- Lead and develop the Product & Delivery practice, managing PDMs and growing client capability.
- Set standards for delivery and raise Bloom's profile as a product partner in government.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to government leaders on product strategy.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 10 years of product and delivery experience in a consulting-like environment.
- Experience leading and maturing a team, including developing senior practitioners.
- Deep familiarity with public interest technology and government procurement.
