Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and reducing MedTrainer’s outstanding accounts receivable balances by actively contacting customers to secure payment. This position reports directly to the U.S. Controller and plays a critical role in maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate must be highly fluent in English , possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies in a collections or accounts receivable support role. Key Responsibilities include proactively monitoring the accounts receivable aging report and identifying delinquent accounts and initiating outbound calls and send emails to customers regarding past-due balances. The role also includes regular reporting of collections activity and performance metrics.
