Strategy & Technical Execution:
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure service architectures for the platform's shared services group.
- Build backend services using typed functional programming in C# or TypeScript, and containerize with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and implement CI/CD pipelines and security best practices.
Team & Collaboration:
- Act as a technical mentor, multiplying team impact by coaching peers and junior engineers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver platform solutions.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in distributed systems and platform engineering with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Haskell, Scala, C#, or TypeScript and expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, DevOps, and security practices.
