About the Role:
- You will work on the Verification Platform team, owning the workflow orchestration engine and automated verification pipeline.
- Your work directly impacts the reliability and scalability of flows used by thousands daily.
- Collaborate with product teams across Identity, Fraud, and End User Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate VP's backend services with focus on reliability and scalability.
- Improve resilience through backpressure, idempotency, and backwards compatibility testing.
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and postmortems.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years building large-scale backend applications with Python, including event-driven architectures.
- Proven ownership of production-critical services and deep understanding of distributed system resilience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor teammates.
