Plan and oversee the maintenance and technical building services of hotels in Southern Europe.
Lead, train, and support hotel technicians to ensure high-quality standards and safety compliance.
Manage contracts, budgets, and insurance claims while optimizing operational workflows.

What You Bring:

Completed apprenticeship in building services engineering and several years of professional and managerial experience.
Passion for travel, problem-solving, and independent work with a business mindset.
Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
