Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture

Role Overview:

• This Director role owns the technical vision, architecture, and operations of enterprise systems and AI use cases.
• The leader serves as architectural authority for platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Snowflake.
• They partner closely with CRO, CISO, and CFO organizations to enable velocity while ensuring compliance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across commercial and GTM technology stacks.
• Serve as lead architect for integrations across enterprise platforms and establish design standards and governance.
• Mature the infrastructure that governs AI agent workflows, ensuring compliance with SOX and data privacy requirements.

Team Leadership & Qualifications:

• Manage a team of Business Systems administrators and contractors, providing mentorship and career development.
• Required 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture or Platform Engineering with multi-system environment experience.
• Proven experience deploying AI agents in production and strong knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Snowflake.
