- Manage a strategic roster of creators and negotiate high-value partnerships.
- Build relationships with brands and identify growth opportunities.
What You Will Bring:
- 6+ years of talent management or creator representation experience.
- Proven success managing creator rosters generating $200,000+ monthly GMV.
- Exceptional negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $150,000–$175,000 plus uncapped commission.
