Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Strategic Initiatives team within the HealthEdge Technology organization.
- You will drive high-visibility, cross-functional programs.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with deep program management expertise.
Your Impact:
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery.
- Support and accelerate the development of platform teams and capabilities.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, product, design, GTM, and platform teams to drive prioritization.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
