About the role:
- The Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics will champion data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives like carrier growth and new product development.
- You will leverage advanced machine learning models to conduct in-depth analyses and shape growth strategies.
- You will partner closely with the VP of BizOps & Analytics and collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams.
What we're looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline.
- 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (MBB preferred) or relevant business analysis experience.
- High level of comfort with SQL and complex data analysis.
