- Prioritize work for technical resources and own change management cycles.
- Review platform statistics related to stability and capacity.
Client Relationship Management:
- Organize and lead regular client operational status reviews.
- Build strong business relationships with all engagement stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor for client contacts.
Commercial Aspects:
- Assist with the creation of SOWs, change requests, and RFP responses.
- Track project run rates, hours utilization, and ensure proper invoicing.
- Obtain solid knowledge of Managed Services offerings.
