The Onboarding Lead will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new AirGarage partners. From the moment a deal closes through the go live date, this role is responsible for orchestrating a smooth, world-class transition to AirGarage’s platform. You will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders—property owners, tenants, internal teams, and vendors—ensuring that each new location goes live successfully, with a high-quality experience that builds trust and sets the foundation for long-term success.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of sales, operations, hardware, and partner success, requiring meticulous organization, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to delivering an exceptional partner experience. The role involves owning the launch process for new properties, being the point of contact for partners and stakeholders, driving internal execution and accountability, measuring and improving the onboarding experience, and creating and refining client-facing onboarding materials.
