Manager of Program Success

The Manager of Program Success builds and strengthens our relationships with nonprofit members, serving as a trusted subject matter expert. You will be a strong ambassador of Catchafire, drawing nonprofit leaders to our platform and helping them—and us—unlock value. You will manage the success of approximately 20 programs, educate nonprofit professionals through webinars and workshops, facilitate peer learning groups, represent the nonprofit voice, and bring creativity to the team. Responsibilities include planning and delivering in-person and virtual events, facilitating peer learning groups, serving as a Nonprofit Advisor, acting as a subject matter expert, and advocating internally for nonprofit needs. Travel is required (average of one 2-3 day trip within the US per month). The role requires 7+ years of experience working with nonprofits, deep understanding of nonprofit operations, experience in public speaking, strong analytical skills, project management skills, and excellent communication skills.
