• Strengthen platform reliability for confident product delivery.
• Reduce security and compliance risks through integrated safeguards.
• Increase engineering team autonomy by reducing reliance on centralized infrastructure support.

Team:

• You will lead a platform team covering infrastructure, security operations, and GRC.
• The team is transitioning to a platform activation team, enabling product teams to move faster.
• Your role is to position this team as a multiplier of impact for engineering.

Challenges:

• Enable self-service for teams to build, deploy, and evolve autonomously.
• Integrate security directly into delivery streams to eliminate manual steps.
• Evolve governance towards a continuous and automated model.
