This role involves new product introduction, designing training, ensuring product competency, and supporting the commercial team with content and communication. The Product SME will partner with commercial and clinical leaders to identify knowledge gaps and serve as a consultant for messaging and competitive selling. Developing strategies for pipeline creation and a repeatable launch playbook for new product introductions are included, requiring 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a customer-facing function within the digital health or pharma industry.
