Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate comprehensive national supplier programs encompassing marketing, rebates, discounts, and terms to improve back margin and manage associated funds.
- Act as the primary contact for national suppliers, organizing top leadership meetings and implementing vendor planning through supplier tier strategies.
- Analyze market conditions and competitive forces to determine market share, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to increase penetration.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales or operations experience within the Datacom distribution or manufacturing industry.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a distributor organization in proactively implementing business plans.

- The role involves frequent travel to offsite locations and occasional exposure to high noise or temperature extremes.
