Associate Director, Product Marketing, Platform & Partnerships

The Associate Director of PMM - Platform & Partnerships will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Bloomreach’s platform and partner ecosystem. This leader ensures customers and prospects understand how our data foundation, AI capabilities, integrations, and tech partnerships differentiate us in powering personalization at scale and driving commerce outcomes. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and ISV teams to articulate how Bloomreach’s data and AI foundation enables personalization at scale, and how our partner network extends this value for customers. You'll lead the development of platform messaging and content that clearly defines our data and AI differentiation and equip internal teams with the narratives, materials, and tools needed to drive growth. You'll also collaborate with partners to build ‘better together’ stories, ensuring that joint solutions are positioned effectively to create co-selling opportunities and ecosystem fit. Manage, coach, and grow a team of PMMs across platform and partner-aligned roles, setting priorities, goals, and development plans. Serve as a senior voice within the marketing and product org, shaping overall strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals.
