Job Description
Lead as a personal contributor to open new opportunities in the Radio Access sales, including orders, revenue, and margin. Define and implement go-to-market strategies to accelerate and get a breakthrough and gain footprint and market share from traditional/Incumbent vendors, Establish and maintain C-level customer relationships with MNOs and relevant local government entities across Pacific region. Coordinate full sales cycle in collaboration with regional Leader, pre-sales, product line management, and delivery team to ensure gaining order Provide strategic technical consultancy , influencing customer roadmap alignment with Parallel Wireless RAN solutions. Lead competitive positioning , gathering market intelligence, competitor analysis to shape market strategy and increase wallet share. Drive and coach a matrixed team , monitor pipeline via CRM tools), and drive discipline around forecasting and conversion rates. Represent Parallel Wireless in commercial negotiations, tenders, industry events, and operator forums.
