Job Description
Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Design, configure, and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Lead system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Monitor system usage and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the platform.
