Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and closing offers for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent profiles and support hiring decisions with clear judgment.
- Work with People & Talent Operations to ensure an efficient and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership from sourcing to closing.
- Ability to independently run searches and deliver consistent results while partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in candidate assessment and high attention to detail and process discipline.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience recruiting in B2B SaaS or technology companies is a plus.
- Experience hiring for both technical and go-to-market roles is desired.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive use of AI.
