Own all things related to in-app content including the voice/tone, and processes.
Collaborate across teams with product, design, engineering, and marketing.
Ensure in app copy is clear, accurate, and consistent.

What You Will Do:

Own and evolve our content management system and ensure it is structured scalably.
Partner with marketing and brand stakeholders to manifest the company's voice and tone in app-appropriate ways.
Drive improvements including consistency audits, user testing, and improvements.

What You Will Bring:

Experience overseeing the systems and processes and enable excellent UX copy at scale.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies and integrate AI into our workflows.
