Expand the team as Lumos scales, ensuring capacity, specialization, and structure keep pace with business needs. Own and drive executive searches end‑to‑end, partnering directly with the CEO and leadership team. Build a repeatable exec hiring engine that ensures we bring in senior leaders who raise the bar and align with Lumos’ mission and values. Design and embed scalable strategies that make diversity & inclusion a core tenet of how we grow. Build diverse pipelines across all functions and levels, and ensure our hiring practices are equitable, structured, and bias‑mitigating. Act as a true advisor to execs and hiring managers — not just an order‑taker. Influence workforce planning, role design, and talent strategy with insights grounded in data, market knowledge, and a deep understanding of Lumos’ business model. Confidently navigate compensation and equity conversations — helping candidates and leaders align on leveling, equity value, and long-term incentives with transparency and conviction Continuously elevate the candidate journey by auditing and optimizing every hiring touchpoint — from outreach to offer. Leverage surveys, funnel analytics, and process diagnostics to ensure a consistently exceptional experience that reflects Lumos’ values, strengthens our employer brand, and drives top-of-funnel conversion.
