Customer Service & Vendor Manager (Shopify Operations)

Looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Customer Service & Vendor Manager to support our Shopify operations, dropship vendors and customer experience. This role handles daily order monitoring, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth fulfillment for both warehouse and dropship items. Ideal for someone with Shopify experience , strong communication skills, and the confidence to call vendors or customers when needed.

Responsibilities include reviewing and accepting payments in Shopify, auditing orders, placing orders with dropship vendors and verifying accuracy, checking vendor notes, reviewing customer notes on orders and resolving special requests, ensuring rush services and tracking out-of-stock items.

Weekly tasks include reviewing all open dropship orders and following up with vendors on pending or delayed items.
