Inside Sales Associate (Remote)

The Inside Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and helping customers navigate their DNA testing options. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, this individual uses consultative sales techniques to educate, inform, and close sales of paternity and relationship testing services. The candidate should be motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales goals. This position provides an opportunity to impact lives by guiding customers through critical and often sensitive decisions with professionalism and empathy. Essential duties include fielding inbound calls, understanding customer needs, explaining products and services, utilizing sales techniques, maintaining professionalism, achieving performance goals, escalating customer needs, researching information, attending training, and following DDC procedures.
