As a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of searches that fit your skillset. Voleon is growing across all functions and business lines, and they have a wide variety of needs. You will engage, develop, and close candidates through the full life-cycle of our rigorous process. To bring in talent at their quality bar, all Voleon Recruiters invest significant attention to outbound sourcing. You will be a trusted partner for hiring managers and own the goal of delivering on their talent needs. Responsibilities include partnering closely with hiring managers to support their growth efforts, ensuring hiring goals and quality standards are met. You will manage the offer process and candidate experience, and improve the recruiting process overall. The role also involves developing insight around talent markets and effective recruiting practices.
