Responsibilities:
- Supports research initiatives with the ability to pull/request reporting.
- Monitors, tracks, and analyzes inventory volume as well as financial data and reports related to revenue cycle.
- Collaborates with AR leadership and other RCM Departments to optimize revenue cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Business analysis experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Skills:
- Knowledge of anesthesia billing and reimbursement guidelines.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time well.
- Ability to identify issues and complete root cause analysis.
