Job Description
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients throughout project lifecycles.
- Understand client workflows, requirements, and risk objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build strong client relationships, drive solution adoption, and identify opportunities to expand and enhance programs.
Project Implementation:
- Lead the deployment and adoption of innovative solutions across government and commercial clients.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including project managers and client liaisons, to ensure alignment on client goals and business objectives.
- Oversee implementation and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Guide clients through onboarding and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure client satisfaction, operational excellence, and measurable program success.
