Graduate Technical Programme

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build real technical solutions that solve customer and internal challenges, such as automating workflows, improving processes with AI tools, building small product features, or creating internal automation that multiplies team efficiency.
• Develop foundational knowledge of hx's platform and products, learning how insurance pricing and underwriting systems work, how AI agents operate in production, and how engineering teams ship software at pace.
• Gain commercial context by working closely with customer-facing teams to understand how product decisions are shaped by real customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.

Who You Are:

• You have strong technical foundations in Python, with experience writing code for data analysis, automation, or small projects.
• You’ve shown curiosity about AI and automation, exploring LLMs, machine learning concepts, or personal projects.
• You’ve demonstrated initiative beyond academics through internships, hackathons, teaching, or open-source contributions.

What We Offer:

• Salary of £40,000 per year, with mentorship, learning support, and a £5,000 training budget.
