What you will do:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy and medical benefits across all payer types.
- Guide patients through prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance processes.
- Resolve case issues end-to-end and collaborate with providers and pharmacies.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or equivalent experience; 4+ years in pharmacy benefits or managed care.
- Strong knowledge of benefits, regulations, and payer processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to work remotely from Minnesota.
