Healthcare Technical Operations Specialist

Support the adoption of technical solutions to meet the needs of healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and technical solutions, with strong communication skills to act as the liaison between providers and technical teams. Bridge clinical and technical workstreams by leveraging deep expertise in both healthcare operations and technology solutions. Facilitate communication between clinicians and IT teams to ensure that operational workflows are effectively supported by technical implementations. Work with project teams to ensure alignment of training and change management efforts. Use the Prosci methodology to assess change readiness, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans. Support in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of training and change management strategies and adjust as needed to ensure successful change adoption.
