Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational management of a portfolio of children and young people's health and wellbeing services.
- Ensure services are safe, high quality, financially sustainable, and outcome-focused.
- Maintain strong oversight of performance, safeguarding, compliance, finance, and people management.
Requirements:
- Experience managing children and young people's services in health, wellbeing, substance use, or emotional health.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, financial and performance management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and quality, and ability to lead teams through change.
Benefits:
- Salary of £50,000 per annum.
- Permanent contract, full-time 37 hours per week.
- Home-based with travel across the UK.
