Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of contract delivery including finance, quality, people, and client.
- Allocate and manage team and individual performance targets, ensuring 95% accuracy.
- Coordinate resources for current and future contracts in line with business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must have up-to-date technical knowledge of legislation related to contract delivery.
- Ability to travel and deputise for the Operations Manager as required.
- Demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
