Main Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers via letter, email and telephone to ensure delivery against service contractual requirements.
  • Meet standards and deadlines while performing duties with minimum support, completing high workload consistently.
  • Coach and mentor junior staff, share best practices, and lead update sessions to improve team skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience using NEC, Academy, or IBS (Civica) systems.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and good customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Housing Benefits and Council Tax.
