About the Role:
- Set the rules that make core customer data accurate, consistent, and trusted across Salesforce, billing, finance, marketing automation, product usage, and the data warehouse.
- Partner with Data Engineering, GTM Systems, Finance Systems, Legal, and Security to put data standards into production.
Who You'll Work With:
- Data Engineering and GTM Systems build pipelines and Salesforce configuration.
- Legal and Security own privacy and security decisions, and you inform them as the data owner.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in data management, governance, engineering, or analytics with 2+ years leading MDM or data quality programs.
- Hands-on experience designing match, merge, survivorship, and golden record or hierarchy models.
- Experience with Salesforce data models, CRM data quality at scale, and building data governance frameworks.
Nice to Have:
- B2B SaaS experience with a product-led or hybrid sales motion.
- Familiarity with enrichment, entity matching, ML-assisted or LLM-assisted cleansing, and privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
