The Impact You Will Have:
- Ship a v1 onboarding playbook within 30 days, built from early customer engagements to drive adoption.
- Build AI-powered workflows to generate account health summaries, freeing time for high-judgment work.
- Define adoption benchmarks and surface at-risk accounts proactively to protect renewals.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in customer success with proven ownership of NRR, GRR, and expansion metrics.
- Domain credibility in cyber, national security, financial crime, or blockchain intelligence.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one builder experience, having built a CS function or PLG motion from scratch.
