New Manager, Career Transformation

Responsible for end-to-end career transitions of an assigned batch of students by approving the completion and quality of Career Skills assignments. Track individual student progress for multiple cohorts as they move through their interview and career transition processes. Communicate with students and hiring partners using calls, email, direct messages, video, or a mix of communication strategies. Support the introduction of students to hiring partners within the Interview Kickstart ecosystem. Maintain daily trackers and work closely with all the internal teams to continuously improve the learning experience. Serve as the single point of contact for all students' queries and concerns around the interview and decision phases of their career transition journey.
