Responsibilities:
- Evaluate referrals, review medical records, and perform initial telephone evaluations.
- Collaborate with staff and health professionals to optimize donation opportunities.
- Provide education to hospital staff and support family donation discussions.
Schedule:
- Day or night shifts, including 12-hour rotations.
- About four weekends per month and holiday coverage.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years as EMT-P, LPN, RT, or OPO experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Medical terminology and record review experience.
