Field Leadership & People Management:
- Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of MSLs.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing team of MSLs.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
Medical Affairs Strategy & Field Execution:
- Translate Medical Affairs strategy into clear, actionable objectives.
- Support MSL participation in medical congresses and advisory boards.
- Monitor and optimize regional coverage plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
- Minimum 3–5 years of MSL experience, with prior people management experience.
- Strong operational leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
