Director, Medical Value & Outcomes (MVO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary field-based scientific subject matter expert.
• Build, cultivate, and enhance professional relationships with key payor and population health decision makers.
• Provide scientific and clinical support to the Market Access team.

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:

• PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, (or other doctoral degrees considered).
• Minimum 7 years of U.S. field-based pharmaceutical experience.
• Demonstrated, recent experience engaging payors in scientific, clinical, or economic discussions.

Travel:

• Travel approximately ~20–30%.
• Including domestic and occasional international travel to scientific congresses.
• Investigator meetings, advisory boards, field team visits, Medical Affairs planning sessions, and cross-functional onsite meetings.
