What you'll do:
- Own day-to-day administration of SaaS and cloud vendor stack with security first.
- Manage user access, audit logging, and security controls across all platforms.
- Provide IT support and write scripts to automate repetitive admin work.
About you:
- 3+ years administering SaaS and cloud platforms at a company of 50-500.
- Experience with SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, and role-based access.
- Scripting ability in Python/PowerShell/Bash and incident response experience.
Platforms you will administer:
- Amazon Web Services (IAM, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub).
- Rippling and Google Workspace (identity, HR, devices).
- Productivity, CRM, and communication tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoom.
