Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain all AWS cloud environments (dev, test, staging, production) for the WARP permitting platform.
- Manage AWS Marketplace subscriptions, monitor environment health, and coordinate with AWS support escalations.
- Enforce security controls, manage user access, and ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years experience, or equivalent; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance required.
- 5+ years of cloud administration experience, with at least 3 years in AWS environments.
- Proficiency with AWS core services including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
Security & Compliance:
- Operate in a strict FedRAMP Moderate federal environment with disciplined access and data controls.
- Maintain C&A documentation, contingency plans, and incident response records per NIST guidelines.
