Requirements:
- Proven track record in enhancing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
- Experience in evolving client relationships toward strategic partnerships, focusing on Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Executive presence to serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions.
