Shape how employees connect with our culture — through clear communication, compelling brand storytelling, and thoughtful experiences. This role is responsible for driving internal communications strategy, leading culture-focused programming and events, stewarding our employer brand, and overseeing the strategic direction of our Workplaces function. Work closely with the People leadership team, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing to help attract top talent and bring our values to life.
Design and lead the company-wide internal communications strategy to drive clarity and cultural connection, championing a flexible workplace by supporting both global hubs and remote teams. Curate and oversee the calendar of employee experiences and cultural moments, both virtual and in-person while developing and owning our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to activate the brand through career content and social campaigns. Are passionate about creating inclusive, human-centered experiences that align with business priorities.
