Job Description
Advocate is seeking a Tech Support Specialist who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys troubleshooting. The specialist will be responsible for daily troubleshooting and support such as diagnosing and resolving technical issues, monitoring daily reports and logs for errors, and escalating fixes with engineering as needed. The role also includes onboarding and IT support, such as setting up accounts and providing basic IT support. Furthermore the specialist will implement improvements to reduce future problems, collaborate with operations and engineering to design scalable systems, and create documentation to streamline troubleshooting and onboarding.
